Bring Your Bible
Going On Vacation
We’re going on vacation this weekend! I hope to still send out this daily newsletter but it might just be a photo update and quick caption instead of my normal devotional meditations. If that’s the case, I’ll do my best to delineate it in the subject line. Please pray for us that we’ll have good family time together!
I was surprised and humbled that my kids said they wanted to bring their Bibles on vacation, and they wanted me to bring my Bible. The funny thing is that they don’t really call the Bible the Bible. Here are three terms they used:
The Bible book
The God book
The Jesus book with no pictures
They’re not wrong?! I don’t really care what they call it haha. But I pray that they’ll read it, know it, treasure it, and keep it.
