Seasons that Shaped My Life
The first day of summer comes with a lot of excitement. While many people associate summer with relaxation, I saw it as a season for growth and opportunity.
I have fond memories of the summer months of my youth. Summer school allowed me to take classes I wanted to take, such as typing and a very basic HTML class. Band camp forged friendships and sharpened my musical skills.
These experiences still impact me today. Learning how to type properly has served me well, and knowing the basics of HTML has proved useful in my online work. Band camp taught me the importance of discipline, hard work, and perseverance. What I learned back then still influences how I play music today.
Summers were an important part of my spiritual life as well. I’ll write more about that tomorrow!
